These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the Tracket application (“App”) created and maintained by Oleksandr Ksondzyk (“we,” “us,” “our”). By downloading, accessing, or using the App, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you may not use the App.

Use of the App

The Tracket App is provided as a Freemium service. The basic version of the App is available free of charge, while additional features and services may be available through in-app purchases or subscriptions.

You must comply with all applicable laws and regulations when using the App, and you may not use it in a way that harms us or any third party.

Subscriptions and In-App Purchases

Subscription Model

Tracket offers additional features and functionality through a subscription-based model. By purchasing a subscription, you agree to the following terms:

1. Subscriptions are managed through the Google Play Store and are subject to its payment and renewal policies.

2. The subscription will automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the renewal date. You can manage and cancel your subscription through your Google Play account.

3. Payment for the subscription will be charged to your Google Play account upon confirmation of the purchase.

4. Prices and subscription terms are subject to change, and we will notify users of any price changes. Continued use of the App after a price change constitutes acceptance of the new price.

Disabling Personalized Ads

Upon subscribing, Personalized Ads will be automatically disabled. This means you will no longer receive ads tailored to your preferences and interactions with the app.

Usage Analytics and Error Reports

You can manage Usage Analytics and Error Reports in the app settings. These settings are optional, and your choice will not affect your access to the app’s features or your subscription.
